DynaSep designs and produces equipment in three main categories: supercritical CO2; liquefied hydrocarbon gasses including propane, butane, and iso-butane; and standard systems for material dewatering. Our strong understanding of the physics and fluid dynamics involved in a variety of separation technologies provides the basis of our equipment and process designs.

DynaSep has designed and built supercritical CO2 systems for extraction and critical point drying in a variety of industries.

Over the years we have gained extensive experience working with liquefied hydrocarbon gasses in separation systems. DynaSep mini-, pilot-, and commercial-scale equipment has been deployed around the globe.

DynaSep has several standard systems for the dewatering of biomass material:

• ProHarvest - production scale SCCO2 units to handle needs between 2x40L and 4x200L
• MiniHarvest - laboratory scale SCCO2 units to handle single or dual 10L extraction volumes
